  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printer-less drop-off at one of our authorized locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all tags are attached and any bedding is neatly folded.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
